Glastonbury is just around the corner and many will be deciding what to bring along. The festival returns to Worthy Farm from June 25 and with long days, late nights and minimal access to showers, many will be thinking about how to keep their skin clean and healthy throughout.

This year’s line-up features headliners Olivia Rodrigo, The 1975, and Neil Young, along with Rod Stewart taking the Legends slot on Sunday. The huge line-up also includes Charli XCX, RAYE, Fatboy Slim, Wet Leg, The Prodigy, Gracie Abrams, Doechii, The Libertines, Scissor Sisters, Biffy Clyro and more.

Ahead of the festival, one frequent festivalgoer has shared her ‘go-to’ items she always takes with her. TikTok user Tilly Ferrari (@tillyferrari) shared her ‘must-haves’ for Glastonbury in a short clip and included a £6 dry oil spray she called the “secret saviour of the festival season.”

Tilly’s video racked up more than 199k views, over 800 likes and many comments from excited followers. The clip was captioned: “Glastonbury Beauty & Hygiene Tips you may now have heard of: take a Dry Oil!

“I ride or die for the @Avon Cosmetics Ltd Skin So Soft (IYKYK) – I use it to moisturise my skin, tame flyaways and hydrate my hair, it smells amazing (if you can’t shower everyday) and is a great body glow. You won’t catch me without it – available on Avon, Superdrug or Amazon.”

In the video, Tilly said: “I’ve been going to Glastonbury for years. I’m the queen of Glastonbury beauty tips. I like to stay comfortable whilst I’m having fun.

“A dry oil is my beauty and hygiene secret saviour of the festival. I ride or die for the Avon Skin So Soft.”

She added: “It is a fantastic, non sticky, very hydrating dry oil which I use all over my body.

“If it’s hot, it gets very dusty and your skin gets dry. If it’s rainy and a little bit miserable, your skin also gets dry and this does the job. It also doubles up as a lovely little bit of body glow. Dries super quickly, doesn’t feel oily, doesn’t feel sticky so you can get dressed on top of it.

“I also love a dry oil to take through the ends of my hair. Couple of pumps on your hands helps to tame any frizz or fluffiness, keeps your hair nice and moisturised throughout. It smells incredible as well.

“So if it’s been a couple of days without a shower, you won’t be able to tell. If you know you know and if you don’t know, get to know and I’ll see you on the farm.”

The product in question is AVON’s Skin So Soft dry oil spray, which is also stocked at Superdrug for £5.99, and Amazon for £12.49 for a pack of two.
