Jeremy Clarkson’s girlfriend Lisa Hogan has been speaking lately about her life with the TV star, and a recent podcast has left her in tears over a comment
Jeremy Clarkson’s partner Lisa Hogan burst into tears after a comment made by his daughter, Emily. The 51-year-old former model and co-star on Amazon’s Clarkson’s Farm opened up about her life with the ex-Top Gear host, revealing that despite not being engaged, their blended family shares a close bond.
Lisa explained that Emily, a social media influencer and author, has previously spoken about her own daughter in such a kind way in the past. She said: “Emily has this podcast called Shall I Delete That? and she spoke about my daughter in such a sweet way that I burst out crying. They’ve known each other for nine years, and I think they really care about each other.”
She also gave insights into Jeremy’s personality away from the cameras, describing him as endlessly curious and brimming with energy, even over the smallest things.

When discussing the prospect of marriage, Lisa expressed contentment with their relationship as it is, telling the Daily Mail: “Mrs Clarkson? No, thank you, I like Lisa Hogan. We decided not to have children together.”
She further explained their decision against expanding their family, emphasising their happiness with life as it stands: “We’re at a stage where we are not going to have kids. I’m just happy pootling along. I think because of our age, it’s much easier.”
With the new series of Clarkson’s Farm hitting the screens, all eyes have been on Lisa and Jeremy’s relationship, but it’s Jeremy’s health that’s sparked even more concern following his heart surgery last year to fit two stents.
Reflecting on the latest episodes, Jeremy observed how he appeared increasingly unwell as the series went on. Speaking to The Sun, Jeremy said: “You can see me becoming more and more ill as the days go on, because I just lose my sense of humour, lose my ability to stay calm.
“I get in a proper old panic. I didn’t know at the time. I knew I wasn’t being me. Because if you don’t sleep, it very quickly has an effect.” The comments come after Lisa recently opened up about her clever trick to stop Jeremy from interrupting her during discussions.
Speaking to the Mail on Sunday, she explained: “I’ve worked out that when he’s wearing a mic, he can’t interrupt me. So that’s when I go for it.”
She explained she has discovered a way to avoid arguing with him, adding: “I’m more conniving than that. Why argue with someone like Jeremy? He’s so eloquent. I have to be a bit more… nimble. I like the long-term diplomatic approach.”
Lisa also gave insight into her partner’s personality when the cameras are not rolling. She said: “He’s always incredibly inquisitive. His mind is always on the move. He’ll come in fizzing with energy about the smallest thing. I like that.”
