Lauryn Goodman said ‘It will always hurt’ as she opened up about being cut from her sister’s wedding and having her bridesmaid duties revoked after a bitter fallout from her Kyle Walker paternity scandal
Lauryn Goodman has broken her silence on being uninvited from her sister Chloe’s wedding after they fell out in the aftermath of her Kyle Walker paternity scandal.
Influencer Lauryn, 34, caused shockwaves when it was revealed she had welcomed two children Kairo, five, and Kinara, two, with married footballer Kyle. He fathered both children during his on-off marriage to wife Annie Kilner, with whom he also shares four sons.
Lauren was cut off by sisters Chloe and Amelia after the bombshell news was made public. After blocking her sister on Instagram, Chloe then uninvited Lauren to her wedding where she was supposed to be a bridesmaid.
Speaking to Closer magazine a year on, Lauryn has revealed she’s still not speaking to her sisters and said the loneliness is ‘incredibly isolating.’
She said: ‘It’s been a really difficult time. My sisters and me have always been incredibly close and I’ve missed them so much. They were my foundation so to lose that support has been incredibly isolating.
‘It will always hurt that I wasn’t at Chloe’s wedding. We can’t get that memory back now and obviously it hurt a lot of people not just me. I felt upset that something unrelated to our immediate family had come in between us in such a big way.’
Speaking after her big day, Chloe said she was still not ready to forgive her sister.
“I don’t think it’s a case of forgiveness, it’s a case of timing. I’m not ready to sit down and discuss things with her yet,” she told The Sun.
Chloe did say she was worried about how her sister would be judged during her high court battle with Walker as her list of demands to him was made public.
It was revealed that Lauryn had asked Walker to pay for a £31,000 artificial sports pitch for her daughter and maintenance payments worth the equivalent of a £350,000 salary among other demands.
Chloe said; “People are looking at this from the view of an ordinary household income and saying, “That’s a disgraceful amount of money.”
Former Celebrity Big Brother contestant Chloe also said that she was sure her partner Grant Hall, who played for Swindon Town, would never do the dirty on her.
She said: “We’re a family and married. There’s no out. He’s locked in now! Grant’s never been like that. He’s never been the drinking guy.
“If he hadn’t bought the house next door to my dad, I’m not sure we’d have ever met. We had all the same friends but I’d never met him before because he just doesn’t go out. He keeps himself to himself.”
Grant and Chloe share two children, Isla, aged four, and Hudson, two.
