Amazon has a bargain tablet for sale that’s perfect for getting cosy and watching films or reading your favourite book
If you have been on the lookout for a new tablet and don’t fancy spending over the odds for a device, Lenovo might be one of the best on the marker for price-to-performance.
And we have spotted an absolute bargain on Amazon that you won’t want to ignore if you need a tablet to enjoy reading or watching your favourite shows or movies. This Lenovo Tab Plus has a number of impressive specs for a £199 tablet that’ll be perfect for watching the likes of Netflix, Disney+ and more.
It has 2K display so colours pop and details come to life on the expansive screen. Backed by powerful performance alongside a smooth refresh rate, your favourite games and TV shows are a visual delight. There’s even an Immersive Reading Mode which simulates the colour matrix of a book’s pages, allowing readers to switch between chromatic and mono modes.

It also has boosed audio thanks to its Octa JBL speakers deliver booming power and crystal-clear highs and lows, enhanced by Dolby Atmos tuning. Lenovo is offering £60 cashback or £60 music streaming credit that you can use when you buy the tablet – making the purchase and even better deal for Brits.
Customers also absolutely love the device. One shopper said: “After using the Lenovo P11 (Gen 2) tablet for about a month, I can honestly say that it met my expectations as a budget multimedia device. Now, I didn’t expect it to perform like those fancy thousand-pound phones, especially since I snagged it for just £189 on Prime Day. So, let’s not compare apples to oranges here.
“The screen is decent for an IPS (LCD) panel and bright enough for indoor use. GPS works just as fast as my phone, no complaints there. And can we talk about the specs? 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage (expandable with an SD card) for this price range is pretty darn good, if you ask me. As for the battery, I can’t say much because I usually leave it plugged in when I’m not using it.”
Some people have complained about the WiFi connectivity however. One shopper added: “Wi-fi connectivity is horrendous. Constantly drops out. Having issues with wi-fi not connecting at all, then sporadically connecting. This disables the tablet for the very purpose for which I bought it.
“Extremely disappointed. A family member has an earlier model and experiences NO issues with connectivity. Whatever upgrade has been applied to this model has created an issue that takes constant time and attention with little result.”
If you have been looking for an alternative, Argos has this Lenovo M10 tablet that’s £99.99 which is a much cheaper alternative. It comes with a vibrant WUXGA display and a gorgeous aluminium body. Those with a bigger budget can look at Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S10 that currently comes with a free pair of Buds 3Pro earphones or Sky Mobile’s pay per month deal on the 2022 Apple iPad.
