Lou Teasdale has opened up on her relationship with Andy Carroll and confessed their could be wedding bells in the future as their connection continues to grow
Lou Teasdale has confessed she wants to marry her on-off boyfriend Andy Carroll despite the footballer “bringing the drama”. The makeup artist, 41, has been dating the footballer, 36, since last year, but have had a somewhat turbulent time of things.
Despite their rocky relationship, Lou has revealed she still has plans to marry the sports star, who is still currently married to his estranged wife, Billi Mucklow. Andy, 36, and the former TOWIE star split last year and began divorce proceedings last month.
It’s claimed Andy and Lou met weeks at Glastonbury after the duo had split. And while the pair are said to have split a number of times already, Lou has confirmed her future intentions.

Speaking to podcast host Paul Brunson on his We Need To Talk show she confessed: “I would really like to marry him, yes. So we’ll see. But he is still married.”
She continued: “We’ve had to try and take it slow and we were really in love. The tabloids again, he brings a lot of tabloid drama, that man. They are obsessed with him.”
Away from the drama, she confirmed the loved-up duo are “in the same place” after meeting at a “really nice time” in both of their lives. Explaining the kids situation – both have teenage children – Lou claimed the former Newcastle United and Liverpool striker has the same outlook as her.
“I’ve never met a lover like that,” she admitted. “I’ve got friends who were just on the same page.
“But I’ve never had a boyfriend like that. I just found him really refreshing and didn’t think that he would be like he is.”
Earlier this month a source told the Daily Mail their relationship had been in “a cycle”. They claimed: “He upsets her for something, then he apologises and does these grand gestures and she goes back. Sadly that is probably how it will continue to go now.
But another source was more upbeat, saying: “Lou would make a lovely bride. And she’s so loved up with Andy that you wouldn’t put it past her marrying him sometime soon.”
Andy has previously shared his love for Lou in an interview with The Sun on Sunday. The former England man said: “I love Lou and I love her family. We row like any couple.”
In the same chat, he opened up on his divorce from Billi too and how he is changing his ways. He went on: “Things have been difficult for me and I’m going through a divorce.
“Some of our rows have been about alcohol, as Lou has been teetotal for 14 years and I have a beer or wine at dinner and a drink after the game, but it’s not a problem in my life.”
