The Love Island couple met each other on the 2023 series of the ITV2 programme. They have gone strength to strength since leaving the villa almost two years ago
Love Island star Witney Adebayo and Lochan Nowacki have fuelled split rumours after fans spotted recent clues. The couple met and fell head over heels for each other on the ITV2 programme in 2023 and have gone from strength to strength since leaving the villa as runners-up.
Not only do they usually appear in each other’s skits and cooking videos, but they usually are seen side by side at glitzy events. However, fans recently noticed how Lochan was nowhere to be seen at the premiere of Whitney’s latest venture called Inside, which has her team up with the Sidemen in a new show.
She attended the event solo on Sunday night and posed for snaps on the red carpet. When Whitney and Sidemen shared posts from the special night as well as promotional photos of the show, Lochan wasn’t in the comment sections, leading to speculation on their relationship.
Instead of attending the red carpet event, Lochan was seen hanging out with Love Island co-star Scott van-der-Sluis. The Mirror have reached out to their reps for comment.

Although she filmed the show months ago, this marks Whitney’s first appearance on TV since Love Island in 2023.
Inside brings together a diverse group of influencers, reality stars, and online personalities, who will face a variety of challenges in a competition for a £1 million prize. The series will release new episodes daily until 23 March, keeping viewers on the edge of their seats as the drama builds.
Produced by the popular British YouTubers, the Sidemen, Inside challenges its contestants to outwit and outlast their competitors in a series of tasks designed to test their teamwork, strategy, and endurance. The contestants must compete in these tasks while under constant observation, with penalties for mistakes and rewards for success.
The show originally aired on the Sidemen’s YouTube channel but has now made its way to Netflix, where it will be available for a global audience. Since leaving the Love Island villa, Whitney gained a huge following on social media. She also expanded her career, launching a wig business called CC Hair.
She previously discussed turning down a six-figure brand deal to return to selling wigs. Whitney shared a screenshot of a message from Hannah Holland, CEO of HLD Talent, where she made the surprise revelation. She explained: “We didn’t accept the 6 figure brand deal… instead we worked on a long term strategy, carefully chose what campaigns best suited Whitney whilst keeping what made her special and different at her core.
“One of the key focuses was Whitney’s IP and whilst you may not see, ‘Whitney signs 6 figure brand deal with…’ you will see, ‘Whitney Adebayo relaunches her wig brand with fellow islanders for the first campaign by an islander focused on the black community with her fellow islanders.’
“This campaign is quite simply special. A talent’s worth is not valued by a brand, let that sink in. As Whitney put into her own words, ‘I’ve been in the hair industry for five years now, it’s a beautiful art that’s somehow slipped under the radar. It’s more than just hair, it’s an umbrella complex that slips into the everyday lives of many. My goal is to highlight this world for the credit that it deserves.”
