Samantha Kenny confirmed she wouldn’t be returning for Love Island: All Stars, with the star instead opting for a breast implant and uplift
Samantha Kenny speaks about operation
Love Island star Samantha Kenny revealed that she was going in for a boob job – before filming herself in hospital just moments after waking from the operation.
Samantha, 27, entered the ITV villa only last year, taking a break from her career as a makeup artist to look for love. She was soon swept away by bombshell Joey Essex, but The Only Way is Essex star shocked fans by suddenly dumping her for Grace Jackson.
Despite her tough time in the villa Samantha now has plenty of work as a social media influencer, and revealed on Instagram on Tuesday that she was about to revamp her image with a boob job. Samantha filmed herself as she appeared to be getting an early night ahead of the operation, makeup-free and in her pyjamas as she rested in a dim room.
The reality TV star didn’t hold back in giving the specifics of her procedure, explaining that she’d picked a doctor in Manchester after hearing rave reviews about him from her pals and having a consultation with him back in November. Samantha added that surgeon Dr Nassad was the “only person [she] had a consultation with” before immediately deciding to stick with him.
She then detailed exactly what surgery she was undergoing, saying: “I’m not just getting an implant. I’m getting an implant and an uplift. Just purely for the fact that for the age of 27, my boobs are a lot further down south than I’d like them to be. So we thought it was best that I did opt for the implant as well as the uplift.”
She added: “I’m only getting like a 280CC which isn’t big at all. I am only small and I am only petite so we just want it to fit my frame. I still want them to look natural-ish, but obviously I want you to be able to tell that I’ve had my boobs done.”
Just a couple of clips later Samantha filmed herself in a hospital bed, dressed in a gown and with a drip attached to the back of her hand – which she drew attention to after having to remove her nails ahead of the op.
“I’m done! The nails are giving me anxiety. Yeah, all done. Everything went really well. I can see them a little bit, but obviously they’re really swollen,” she said as she peeked down her gown.
“Yeah, the staff have been absolutely unbelievable, can’t fault them. I’m in a bit of pain, yeah, you know I am in pain. But I think the worst thing about it all is the anaesthesia, the nausea you get after it is just [groans], like when you come around and you’re just high as a kite.”
Samantha also reassured fans that she’d be documenting everything to share with them, but would wait to do a proper Q&A until she’d “healed” from the major operation.
