Drivers faced heavy traffic on the M4 this evening after two collisions caused sections of the motorway to close.
One of the crashes happened on the eastbound lane at junction 32 in Coryton, Cardiff, just before 4pm. The carriageway was partially blocked at Coryton while emergency services worked at the scene. According to the AA, traffic went back as far as junction 33.
A second collision in Bridgend at junction 38 in Margam caused the road to be partially closed in both directions.
