Darren Till will be itching to make it two wins in two fights under the Misfits banner when he takes on fellow ex-UFC star Darren Stewart this evening
Darren Till is back under the Misfits banner as the former UFC title challenger takes on Darren Stewart in Derby later this evening.
The Liverpudlian scored an impressive knockout victory on his professional boxing debut against Anthony Taylor back in January. After several injury setbacks over the last few years, the Brit is hoping for an active 2025 inside the boxing ring. As for Stewart, the British star is also a former UFC veteran.
Stewart spent five years in the promotion before parting ways in 2021. The 34-year-old retired from MMA last year and is set to make his professional boxing debut against Till. The co-main event sees a mouthwatering showdown between Idris Virgo and Ty Mitchell – with the MF Pro light-heavyweight championship on the line. And so, here’s everything you need to know about tonight’s fights…

Darren Till: “He’s been in the UFC. So anyone that gets in the UFC is obviously a good, strong competitor no matter who they are or what they are,” he told All Out Fighting. “That’s all I can say on it with Darren. We probably two of the most dangerous fighters on the stage when it comes to mortal combat.”
Darren Stewart: “I’m looking forward to it. Big respect for Till for taking the fight and like I said, I want to be the next guy headlining, but I’m actually facing Till myself. I know he’s going to bring it. I’m going to bring it and this is the place to show it. I’m thankful for being on the show. I ain’t got to be too technical, I might start shimmering and I might throw a punch and do a press up… I’m here to entertain,” he said at the pre-fight press conference.
