Demi Sims bt Nadeshi Hopkins via UD
Reality TV star Demi Sims made a winning debut with a comprehensive points win over Nadeshi Hopkins. Hopkins didn’t arrive in Manchester until Friday night and it was Sims who made the faster start, forcing the referee to administer a count in the opening session. Ultimately, Sims won every round on the scorecard.
J’Hon Ingram bt Banty Singh via KO
J’Hon Ingram remains undefeated after stopping Banty Singh in the second round. The fight was added to the card at short notice and neither man looked in the mood to hang around with both swinging in the body shots. But it was Ingram whose class showed in the second round, dropping Singh with such a shot and the Indian couldn’t beat the referee’s count.
