Love Island star Molly-Mae Hague was thrown from her horse while it was cantering as she was being filmed
Molly-Mae Hague was dramatically thrown off a horse as she was filming.
The Love Island star reportedly joked that she was ready to get back in the saddle with her fiancé Tommy Fury following their split last summer. She made the comment after falling from a cantering horse. Molly-Mae said: “If I can take him back, then I get back up and can do this.”
As cameras were rolling on her show Behind It All, Molly-Mae’s steed Paddy unseated her. She is in talks to buy the horse for £7,000 and the incident happened during a horse riding lesson at Somerford Park in Congleton, Cheshire. Molly-Mae hasn’t spoke out in detail about her split from Tommy last summer that shocked fans.
However, she is said to have made the surprise comment about him when falling off the horse. “Luckily, Molly-Mae wasn’t hurt but there was an intake of breath from crew as she blurted out a reference to taking back Tommy,” a source told the Sun. “She was saying if she can get over the heartache she’s faced, then literally getting back on the horse won’t be a problem.”
Speculation of a reconciliation between Molly-Mae and Tommy has been rife since the former Love Island stars shared a kiss at a New Year’s Eve party. They have been spotted on a number of occasions looking cosy and while they continue to amicably co-parent their daughter Bambi, two, fans are convinced they are giving romance another go.
The Mirror also revealed that Molly-Mae and Tommy had been secretly “rekindling” their relationship, five months after announcing their split. Friends told us that they had been left confused after the reality star spoke of the hardships she’s faced as a single mum. Fans believe they have proof of a reunion after Molly-Mae posted a clip with sister Zoe as they enjoyed a festive feast on a brown pattered dining table.
Molly-Mae’s video was posted in November, yet this week Tommy posted a picture of his breakfast routine on his Stories. In the image, showing off his eggs and porridge, fans were quick to point out the table in Tommy’s post was identical to that in Molly-Mae’s video upload.
The table also appeared to differ from Tommy’s other posts from his £15,000 a month bachelor pad. He had moved into the property after the pair announced their split after five years together. After a rocky breakup surrounded by cheating rumours, Molly-Mae tried to set the record straight in her Amazon Prime Video two-part documentary. She told viewers that the breakup was caused by Tommy’s drinking, which had became out of hand.
Molly-Mae said: “Going through all of this with the turmoil of a break-up has been incredibly hard. To have those comments – and I see all of them – and people saying, ‘This has obviously just been done for the launch of her brand or a publicity stunt’, that is very painful to read because it’s real life. Tommy and I have a baby together and it’s very, very real. It’s a really hard thing that we have both gone through the past six months. I think this documentary will clear up any questions of that. I think that people will be quite surprised by how honest we have been.”
