Russian security teams stormed several nightclubs across Moscow this week as armed officers forced several people to the ground, while others were frog marched outside
Heavy handed Russian security forces raided several Moscow nightclubs, including a ‘swingers club’, with several men frog marched out to enlistment offices and join the fighters in Ukraine.
Footage from the nation showed raids underway, with several armed and baton-wielding officers forcing their way into Bizarre, a swingers club in the city. Several other nightspots were targeted, according to reports, with Pro-Kremlin news outlets claiming the crackdown was linked to a suspicion of “LGBT propaganda”, which is banned in the nation. After the raid, around 20 people were forced by police to attend military enlistment offices to potentially be drafted into Putin’s brutal war against Ukraine.
At Bizzare, several “swingers” are said to have been forced to lie face down on the floor. Afterwards, all 200 party-goers present were quizzed by officers, according to a report by Postnews. It said: “A ‘preventive conversation’ was held with the participants and organisers.
“About 50 people were taken to the police department and reports were drawn up on them under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation [disobedience to a law enforcement officer]. Twenty people were sent to the military enlistment office for checking.”
It was not immediately clear what punishment club-goers would face. RIA Novosti official news agency added: “The security forces conducted a raid on a Moscow club where those suspected of LGBT propaganda could gather.”
An event had been held at the club known as The Vicious MILFs of Ancient Greece. Bizarre club publicised a clear warning to attendees, that it “prohibits the promotion or demonstration of non-traditional sexual relations and/or preferences, LGBT and gender reassignment”.
Its website reads: “Bizarre is the largest club in Moscow. We offer an atmosphere full of comfort. In Bizarre you can be yourself – free, relaxed and attractive.
“Here you will find music and stylish interiors that will help you realize all your fantasies. Every weekend, artists come to us to put on bright shows. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy a hookah, cocktails and themed privates.
“And the evening will end with gentle caresses by a huge window overlooking the Moscow River. We comply with the laws of the Russian Federation, so we do not provide paid intimate services, and we do not promote LGBT or use drugs.”
Photos of its interiors show several rooms set up for BDSM with handcuffs and whips on the walls.
Last month an evening gym session in Moscow was suddenly interrupted by Russian Army cops who stormed in and took able-bodied men away to enlist in the Ukraine war. Mid-treadmill sprint and halfway through a squat set, gym-goers were abruptly ordered to drop to the ground at Spirit Fitness in south-east Moscow, where police were sent to hunt down illegal immigrants and military draft dodgers.
