A man was arrested on suspicion of assault and criminal damage after police were called to reports of a nude man approaching vehicles near a pub in Rochdale
A man has been arrested following reports of a naked man approaching vehicles.
Police were called to Middleton in the Borough of Rochdale, Greater Manchester, to reports of a nude man approaching vehicles at random near the Middleton Archer pub. After receiving a number of calls, Greater Manchester Police rushed to the scene and arrested a man, Manchester Evening News reports
He was taken into custody, the force said. A spokesperson for GMP said: “Officers arrested a man in Middleton town centre on suspicion of assault and criminal damage. He remains in police custody.”
