The latest iPhone 16 from Apple rarely gets discounts but O2 is offering three big zeros off its iPhone 16 tariff
If you’re in the market for a new phone as the new year approaches and are tired of your outdated device, O2 has some enticing contract offers worth considering. For a limited time, you can save £300 on iPhone 16 contracts with O2.
Their iPhone 16 tariff, which includes the phone and 150GB of data, is available for £48.87 per month with a £30 upfront cost.
While purchasing the phone outright for £769 from John Lewis might be a better value, this contract option allows you to spread the cost of the device over time, making it a viable choice for those out of contract or seeking a payment plan.

In a review earlier this year tech expert Dave Snelling shared everything he loved about the new iPhone 16, and the one the he didn’t, as he said: “The new iPhone and iPhone 16 Plus come packed with useful upgrades including a supremely powerful A18 processor which leaves its Android rivals for dust. This chip makes the iPhone 16 a perfect tool for photo and video editing along with providing a great way to game on the move.
“Along with the brighter colours and improved protection from bumps and scratches the iPhone 16 range also gets the Action Button
(a feature that was exclusive to the Pro models before) which lets you launch things such as the Torch and Shazam music searching with just one tap.
“I use the Action Button on my Pro almost every day and it’s nice to see it arrive on the standard iPhones. The next change to the design is a new Camera Control button. It’s definitely a useful addition that I’ve enjoyed but the controls are pretty fiddly and you’ll need some patience to get to grips with all the features it offers.”
However when reviewing the model Dave did highlight a feature that he wasn’t as keen on as he pointed out the ‘measly’ 60Hz refresh rate, a small offering considering to rival models 120Hz standard.
If you’re considering switching it up and fancy a walk on the Apple orchard side, Sky’s got some of the sweetest deals out there just keep in mind you’re looking at 36-month contracts. They’re dangling the iPhone 16 Pro Max from £38 a month, not counting the airtime plan.
