Only those with eyes of a hawk can spot frog hiding in the leaves in 10 seconds

By staff15 August 2025No Comments3 Mins Read

You’ll need to have perfect vision if you want to find the elusive frog hiding among the dense pile of leaves in this brainteaser within 10 seconds – can you do it?

Do you think you’ve got what it takes to spot the frog hiding in the leaves in this tricky brainteaser? It might look simple, but there’s one big catch – you’ve only got 10 seconds to do it if you want to count yourself among the best.

Solving puzzles like this one can help you exercise your mind, which is just as important as exercising the rest of your body. Brainteasers and other puzzles can not only help improve your cognitive function, but they also work wonders when it comes to building your problem-solving skills and can even help slow the onset of degenerative diseases like dementia.

So if you’re feeling a bit sluggish as we head into the weekend, why not give the puzzle below a little try?

The image was shared on Reddit, where the poster explained that they had taken the photo of the fallen leaves while on a trip a few months ago, and originally thought there was nothing to be seen except for the brown and green foliage.

But when he took a closer look, he was amazed to find a frog peeking out from among the leaves – and now he’s challenging other people to see how quickly they can find the amphibian.

If you can’t see the above Reddit post, click here.

The frog is incredibly well hidden, and 10 seconds isn’t a very long time frame, so don’t be too disheartened if you’re unable to find the creature quickly enough. The key to solving puzzles like this one is practice, as the more you do them, the more your brain will understand what to look for.

Take this one as slow as you need to, but if you do manage to find it within 10 seconds, you might just have super vision.

If you’re really struggling, here’s a hint to get you looking in the right direction.

The animal you’re looking for is on the left-hand side of the image as you look at it. This means you can ignore everything to the right and focus your search on a more specific area, which may yield you more success.

Got it now? When you’re ready, scroll down for the answer.

Answer

The frog is in the upper left quadrant of the image, just above the centre. If you were to imagine a clock in the centre of the image, the frog would be at around 10 o’clock.

It looks like an unassuming green leaf at first, but if you zoom in, you’ll be able to see an eye, and you can even make out the amphibian’s legs protruding from its body – making it clear that it is not a leaf.

Did you find it? Let us know in the comments…
