The gazebo has been hailed ‘great value for the money’
As the country basks in a mini heatwave, the early May bank holiday looks like it won’t be a washout for once. With the three-day weekend just days away, there is still time to make plans for family gatherings and garden parties.
Temperatures are expected to peak today (Thursday) before returning towards seasonal norms on Saturday. Even with the change in weather, plenty of people are still planning get-togethers.
To ensure that the weather doesn’t dampen spirits, shoppers have been snapping up a £54 Gazebo from Amazon. Available with next-day delivery for Amazon Prime members, the Outsunny Garden Pop Up Gazebo offers plenty of shelter to keep the party going this weekend.

The pop-up gazebo provides quick shelter when needed. It includes four removable walls, allowing users to switch between open and closed setups and clear windows on the sides.
The canopy is crafted using Oxford fabric to offer shade from the sunlight and some protection from the rain. Made with a strong but light steel feature, with ropes and stakes for extra support, it has been designed to cope with the unpredictable British weather.
Available in a choice of sizes, buyers can choose from the 2 x 2 metre pop up gazebo for £54.99, the 3 x 3 metre model from £78.99 or the largest 3 x 6 metre pop up shelter from £162.99. It also comes in a selection of colours including green, brown, black and dark blue.
If the Outsunny Gazebo isn’t suitable, Amazon is also selling the COSTWAY 3m x 3m Outdoor Gazebo for £89. This model comes with mesh side panels to keep bugs at bay without losing the sunlight. Younger members of the family might like the £30 Rainbow Kids Gazebo, which offers a sheltered space to play in.
For garden lovers who don’t want to wait for delivery, Dunelm has a basic 3m x 3m White Gazebo for £35. Without side panels, it is quick to erect and offers protection from the sun or light showers.
Alternatively, a family-sized 4m Hexagonal Garden Gazebo with Side Panels for £140 is available for click and collect from Argos stores, depending on availability. Buyers who have already purchased the £54 Outsunny pop-up gazebo have given it a 4 out of five-star rating on Amazon.
One said: “Brilliant quality, great party tent – had a garden party, everyone loved it, so easy to put up and take down. Great value too.” Another described it as ‘fantastic’ as they said: “Absolutely brilliant gazebo, very sturdy, easy to put up and great quality material.”
A third shopper agreed and said: “I absolutely love this, really good quality. It was more difficult than I imagined to put up, but luckily my partner helped me. It looks great and is the perfect size for my garden.”
Some buyers had some concerns about the durability of the gazebo. One said: “Great quality for the price however, don’t use it if you have bad weather coming in, mine got ripped to shreds by the wind.” Another added: “Even though the advert says that they’re waterproof, technically they are but you can’t really leave them out for a very long time as they start to degrade and tear.”
Overall, buyers felt that it offered a good level of protection. Another review summed it up, saying: “Overall, it is a great quality gazebo for the price, giving a great space for you and the family to enjoy the outdoors. It should give years of use.”
