The retailer is stocking a ‘timeless’ bag that has been praised by shoppers

Primark shoppers are loving a “gorgeous” new £10 handbag in “the colour of the season.” Known for offering affordable fashion and accessories, the retailer could have a new crowd-pleaser on its hands. Shoppers say they can’t keep their eyes off the Equestrian Shoulder Bag, which is available in three different shades.

Fans of the £10 style, described as a “structured equestrian-inspired shoulder bag with gold-toned hardware,” can choose from wine, tan, or black colour options. The full product description reads: “Bring a timeless touch to your accessories line-up with this burgundy equestrian-inspired shoulder bag.

“Designed with a structured, curved silhouette, it pairs smooth faux leather panels with a soft, suede-look flap for added texture. The front is finished with a gold-toned snaffle clasp, while the adjustable strap allows you to find your perfect fit.

“Complete with gold-toned hardware, it’s the ideal size for carrying your daily essentials while adding a polished finish to any outfit.” Available in stores now, the new bag has caught the attention of social media users.

In one post shared by TikTok user @fitcheck.queen, a shopper who liked the wine version showcased the bag, which has a red and brown design with gold hardware. The video text said: “The colour of the season is back.” The caption added: “How gorgggg is this bag @Primark doing its thing againnn.”

Viewers loved the look of the new bag, with commenters praising the style. One impressed social media user wrote: “This bag is so pretty I love.” Another fan commented: “Yesss.”

Elsewhere, on Facebook, Lister Matthew Osas praised the black and wine bags. The shopper wrote: “Tiny bag lovers, which colour would you go for? This was so cute I couldn’t get my eyes off.” In response, an impressed viewer wrote: “Both.”

For fashion fans looking for more options, Primark stocks a selection of equestrian styles. For instance, the retailer offers the £11 Equestrian Mini Tote. The product description states: “This mini tote is inspired by equestrian style – with two top handles and gold-tone hardware details.”

“The layered front flap is secured with a gold-toned snaffle clasp, while the adjustable shoulder strap ensures a comfortable fit. A structured base helps keep your essentials organised and gold-toned hardware adds a polished touch. Perfect for work, weekends, and everything in between.”
