As one person said: “It’s really helped with my bloating. I have tried so many gut powders and they all taste so gross.

“I have been taking this for the last week and I am obsessed with the flavour.” Another person touched on the benefit they’ve felt on their tummy, saying it helps them stay full.

They said: “I’ve been sipping it straight after lunch when I need that sweet hit. I find that it fills me up and takes away the craving. Also, it’s completely delicious.”

Other comments from people who’ve tried it included positive reviews about the taste. With ‘no chalky texture’ and sweet flavours one shopper said that it ‘tastes amazing in smoothies or even with just water and ice.’

It’s recommended to shake one scoop into 250ml of water, however, some people who left reviews felt this wasn’t enough. As one person said: “One scoop is a bit too selfish. I needs a couple for it to really make a difference in taste.”

For those seeking alternatives to mainstream brands, there are plenty of options. Consider the Impact Whey Protein Powder from My Protein, which costs just £13.99 and offers various flavours, delivering a notable 23g of protein per scoop.

There’s also the Wellwoman Vitabiotics Wellwoman 50+ 30 Tablets available at Holland and Barrett for £10.49, perfect for vegetarians looking to support their brain, heart, and vision health. For ladies seeking to enhance their hectic, energetic lifestyles, Selfish’s collection of supplements crafted specifically for women might just be the ideal answer.
