An online estate agency in Derbyshire has introduced a year-long fundraising scheme to coincide with the anniversary of Belper Mills, the historic UNESCO World Heritage Site now moving towards redevelopment.
Sabel & Co, founded in 2024 by Amanda Jarvis-Doyle, has positioned itself within the regional property market through a fixed-fee structure designed to simplify transactions for sellers.
Jarvis-Doyle’s three decades in estate agency informed the development of a service focused on clarity and practical guidance for homeowners.
To mark the milestone year, the firm will contribute £250 from each completed sale to a charity nominated by the vendor, creating a direct link between property activity and local support.
“This is my town, these are the people I love to help and being able to give something back and donate, in the 240th anniversary of Belper Mills seemed very fitting, and one we are delighted to do,” said Amanda Jarvis-Doyle.
The company’s foundation package, priced at £997 plus VAT, provides the essential tools required to sell a home, aiming to remove common obstacles encountered in the traditional agency model.
Amanda added: “Most people don’t sell properties frequently. They need help, they need to know how to navigate the estate agency world. With Sabel & Co, we offer varied packages that take away so much of the hassle and worry”.
With Belper Mills entering a new phase of development, the agency’s programme reflects a broader commitment to community renewal and responsible business practice.
Through its charitable pledge, Sabel & Co seeks to combine professional expertise with meaningful local contribution while maintaining a transparent approach to property sales.
