Amazon has a new TV deal and shoppers have been singing its praises
Anyone in the market for a brand new 4K TV might be in luck. Amazon has a deal on a 65-inch 4K TV by Samsung – and users say it’s incredible. The Samsung CU7020 4K TV has seen a 18% discount on the retailer’s website, but it isn’t stopping there.
The device also has a £44.90 discount voucher attached to it so Brits can get even cheaper than the current price – just make sure shoppers apply it before you checkout. The CU7020 is a Samsung Smart TV with PurColour that claims to improve the quality of any image, uncovers hidden details, and helps show your content’s true colours.
It also comes with a ‘boundless’ screen bezel which gives you less frame and more picture, creating a more immersive viewing experience. The smart homescreen also means gamers will be able to find their favourite TV and apps in one place.

For shoppers wanting to shop around a bit more, you can get some cheaper alternatives. Take, for instance, the Samsung 50-inch TV, available for £309, or consider Sky Glass Gen 2 for those wanting to upgrade without a hefty upfront cost.
Some reviewers have been praising the Samsung CU7020. One shopper who called it ‘incredible’ said: “Like being immersed into all the content. Incredible screen and sound, just the full package.”
Another shopper added: “I bought this to go in my kitchen. We don’t watch TV in there that often, mainly while cooking or getting ready for work to have the news on, so I wasn’t expecting anything good, especially as we have a big OLED TV in the lounge.
“I’m amazed to be fair. Its functional, lightweight and so easy to wall mount. Has great apps and the picture quality is stunning.
“We’ve started playing visuals now on YouTube whilst listening to music if having a “night in” and picture quality is perfect. I want to replace the TV in our bedroom now, so I would buy this again in a heartbeat.”
However, some shoppers did complain about the sound and the account management of the TV. One shopper added: “This TV is just ok regarding picture taking in mind of price , but the sound quality is fairly poor. You will need a sound bar to get a better sound. You also need a Samsung account to get the apps going as well.”
