The mobile provider has updated its Apple landing page with more iPhone 16 details, and it could help you bag a deal
Apple has officially launched its newest smartphone range, a swanky new iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and the ultimate iPhone 16 Pro Max. After a whirlwind launch in Cupertino, California, the handsets are set to become available to buy in the UK any day now.
Well, this Friday, September 13, to be exact as the tech giants launch pre-orders on the four new models. This means eager shoppers will be able to buy and place orders before the phones are stocked on UK store shelves on September 20.
Alongside the Apple store, Sky Mobile has confirmed it’s one (of many expected UK retailers) that will be stocking the swanky new range. As shoppers start prepping to catch the best deals Sky has launched a crucial sign-up page.

Posting on its site: “Hello, Apple Intelligence” the provider has confirmed that iPhone 16 shoppers will be able to pre-order the new model through one of its pay-per-month contracts. Its monthly prices haven’t been confirmed yet, nor any data or storage deals that may pop up, although the iPhone 16 has been priced by Apple for £799 (for the standard 128GB).
As well as stocking the devices there’s an exact time shoppers will need to save, if they want first dibs at the pre-orders on Friday, September 13 that is. As the Sky Mobile landing page states: “‘Coming Soon. Pre-order from Friday at 1pm.”

As well as Sky, Apple has also opened its landing pages for all iPhone 16 pre-orders, alongside Vodafone and EE. The Mirror Tech team will be keeping you updated as the models go on pre-order later in the week as well as updating any adjacent deals. Tech Editor, Dave Snelling got a first look at the devices at the Apple launch in Cupertino, California and confirms the wave of upgrades.
You can read all about the newest features here: New iPhone 16 finally confirmed and it gets the biggest upgrades from Apple in years. The upgrades include a faster A18 processor which not only helps boost speeds but will give compatibility for the upcoming Apple Intelligence software.
Of course, with any swanky phone launch, the heightened interest often means older models (uhm the iPhone 15) are propelled into the sales and discounts, and that’s exactly what we’re starting to see. Amazon is one retailer offering a hefty £112 discount on the standard iPhone 15 model while site Carphone Warehouse is offering a much cheaper iPhone 14 deal – less than £600, of course, shoppers should be aware that picking an older model will mean it’s not compatible for all of Apple’s newest features.
