Sky News presenter Belle Donati has left the broadcaster after controversially comparing Israel’s war in Gaza to the Holocaust.
Belle had been talking to UN ambassador Danny Danon when she made the remarks. According to Deadline, Sky News have declined to renew her contract following the comments made in January.
Sky News went on to make an apology to viewers on-air. The presenter did not apologise at the time.
Her social media account on X has not been tweeted from since her remarks in January, with her bio still calling herself a Sky News anchor.
