Loose Women panellist Stacey Solomon showed off her six-month fitness milestone in an impressive new workout video shared with her followers on Instagram
Stacey Solomon celebrated a massive fitness milestone as she shared an impressive clip of her journey with fans on social media. The 35-year-old Loose Women panellist revealed she recently achieved her first-ever pull up and showed off the massive achievement with fans.
In the clip, Stacey was seen grunting as she pushed herself to complete the pullup. Her trainer could be heard in the background telling herself to ‘believe’. A shocked Stacey then said: “Oh my god! I’m up,” as her trainer jokingly asked: “Shall I leave you up there? Slowly come down.”
The Sort Your Life Out star wrote in the caption: “I did my first EVER pull up. I’m marking this day. I feel like I’m basically the Rock now.”

She continued: “I don’t want to hear anything about poor form blah blah. I pulled myself up! That’s a win! 6 months ago I could barely hang on the bar for 10 seconds 28.08.25 pull up – unlocked.”
Friends and fans were proud of the talented star and rushed to the comment section to congratulate her on her fitness achievement. One user said: “Amazing, how do you actually get to that from not being able to hang on for 10 seconds.”
Another person commented: “That’s amazing you are smashing it I need to come to the gym with you I think,” and one said: “Here’s to STRONG WOMEN. Well done Stace you are now my idol.”
Singer Jessie J even commented: “Go on girl.” Earlier this month, Stacey opened up about her fitness journey and revealed she’s been feeling “so much stronger” and “really pretty”.
The Loose Women star shared a bikini photo, adding: “Feeling beautiful my sister hyped me up today and made me feel really pretty so I’m posting these.”
The mum-of-five revealed she has stuck to weight training since February, explaining: “I genuinely only do it because I want to be so strong.”
Stacey added: “Like boss b***h strong. I want to forever be able to pick up my babies with ease and carry double buggies on my shoulder when necessary.”
Although her body has changed since last year, Stacey said: “I loved my body aesthetically last year as much as I do this year. I’ve always been beautiful no matter what shape or size.”
She concluded with advice for others: “Don’t commit to fitness just for the looks. Do it so you can wrestle your 17 year old and carry all three of your toddlers in 40 heat and you’ll enjoy the journey more.”
