As predicted, a new Galaxy S24 FE will be coming to the UK next month.

It’s been rumoured for months but we finally have confirmation that a Galaxy S24 FE (Fan Edition) phone will be coming to the UK soon. Samsung has announced the launch of this device which will arrive in stores from October 4 and cost a whopping £150 less than its siblings.

Despite its lower price, the Korean technology giant is promising that this Android phone will get some pretty impressive features including a pixel-packed triple-lens camera that can shoot better images at night and get closer to action thanks to an optical 3x zoom.

Clever AI can also help boost those family photos with automatic editing getting rid of photobombers or annoying reflections when snapping through glass.

Along with that camera, Samsung also reckons the S24 FE will be great for gaming with it capable of offering cutting-edge features such as Ray Tracing.

A larger vapour chamber also improves cooling to maintain peak performance for longer durations and there’s the giant 6.7-inch screen for a more immersive experience.

Just like the standard S24, the FE includes Galaxy AI which can translate calls, help you make notes and search Google just by circling an object in a photo.

The Galaxy S24 FE will be available in Blue, Graphite, Grey, Mint, and Yellow colours.

There’s a 128GB model for £649 or 256GB for £699.

Speaking about the launch, Annika Bizon, Director of Marketing, Omnichannel & Head of Ireland – MX Division, said: “We are committed to offering everyone the chance to experience the transformative power of Galaxy AI.

“Our new S24 FE underlines this commitment, giving more users the opportunity to enjoy a premium mobile experience, designed to unlock next-level creativity and enhance productivity. With a range of standout colours for customers to match to their individual styles, this is the perfect entry-level device into our Galaxy AI ecosystem.”
