Take That have added two extra dates to their Circus Live Tour 2026, after fans reported mixed success in securing tickets during the pre-sale on Thursday
Take That have revealed two additional dates for their highly anticipated Circus Live Tour 2026 due to “extraordinary demand” during Thursday’s pre-sale.
Tickets for the new summer tour went on general sale this morning, with a rush expected from the Manchester manband’s loyal fanbase.
Mixed success was reported by fans who registered for the pre-sale on Thursday, leading to the decision to add more dates, announced by the band’s team this afternoon.
The tour now boasts a total of 14 stadium dates across May and June 2026, in cities such as Manchester, Glasgow, Sunderland, Cardiff, Coventry and Dublin.

Gary Barlow, Howard Donald and Mark Owen of Take That announced last week that they would be reviving their record-breaking Circus Live Tour from 2009 in its entirety in 2026, much to the delight of fans.
They had already announced a new date at Glasgow’s Hampden Park on Wednesday.
Now, they’ve added an extra night at Southampton’s St Mary’s Stadium on Saturday, 30 May, and a third night at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium, on Sunday, 21 June.
A new statement from the band released on Thursday afternoon read: “Due to extraordinary pre-sale demand, Take That have added an additional night in Southampton and Manchester to their Circus Live Tour next summer.
“Fans will be delighted as the band are set to play two nights at Southampton St Mary’s Stadium on 29th and 30th May and three nights at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium on 19th, 20th and 21st June.
“Originally staged in 2009, The Circus Live broke UK records as the fastest-selling tour in history, with over 600,000 tickets sold in under five hours, and over one million fans attending the sell-out shows across the UK and Ireland.
“Now, more than 17 years later, Take That are ready to bring the magic back for a whole new generation of fans, and for those who were there the first time, with the chance to revisit one of the most groundbreaking live productions in UK pop history – bigger and bolder than ever!”
The group originally formed as a five-piece in 1989, featuring Robbie Williams, Jason Orange, Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald.
They went on to release chart-topping hits including Pray, Babe, and Everything Changes before breaking up in 1996 following Williams’ departure.
The remaining four reunited in 2005, until Orange left the group in 2014, with Barlow, Owen and Donald continuing to release music, including the albums III and 2017’s Wonderland.
The summer tour announcement comes ahead of the band’s 10th studio album, which is due to be released in late 2026.
