Large numbers of security were filmed dragging the man off the plane
A rowdy passenger was dragged off a flight by security after disrupting take-off. The video was filmed onboard an Akasa Air flight that was due to take off from Kempegowda International Airport, Karnataka, India, on October 20, 2025.
The flight was due to fly to Delhi, but take-off was reportedly delayed because of the incident. Passengers on the plane claim the individual refused to sit for takeoff and started arguing with the crew.
This prompted staff to call security, who tried to reason with the passenger before ultimately removing him from the plane. At least five members of staff can be seen trying to reason with the man before starting to remove him from the flight.

The footage shows the man shouting as he walks down the carriage before trying to sit down again. A physical altercation eventually begins, with staff gradually dragging him off the flight.
Security then drag him off the plane. Other passengers can be seen laughing and filming the altercation, with one passenger shouting ‘finally’ after he is removed.
It is not yet clear if further action was taken once the man was removed from the plane. Akasa Air has been contacted for further information.
