If you’re looking for a way to copy Claudia Winkleman’s signature tweed jackets from The Traitors, we’ve found the best lookalike for her £420 one that’s under £80
We’re now well underway with the first ever season of Celebrity Traitors, and Claudia Winkleman has already been giving us some major outfit envy. However, we have yet to see one of her signature styles from the series; a tweed blazer.
Claudia has worn a whole host of them in previous seasons, including her £420 brown check blazer from The Kooples that she wore back in January of this year and has since sold out. Whilst you can still pick up a similar style from The Kooples for £322 (down from £460), we found an almost identical – and much more affordable – option from Damart, with the Check Jacket priced at £79.99.

The Damart jacket is made from a wool blend which keeps you warm and cosy in the cold weather, and is fully lined to keep it elegant and luxury-feeling. It fastens with mock horn buttons up the front, with fully functional flap pockets to give it that classic countryside look.
The Check Jacket has a classic double breasted design with a slightly relaxed fit that’s tailored around the waist to add some subtle definition and give it a structured silhouette. It’s available in sizes 10 to 28, and currently it’s still in stock in every size so you can snap it up ready for the next Celebrity Traitors installment.
Although Claudia’s is known for her slightly theatrical country gothic style, the Damart Check Jacket is easy to style even if you’re not sequestered in the Highlands. You could easily wear it with jeans and some knee high boots for a classic look, or pair with chunky knits and leather leggings for a wearable nod to Claudia’s style.
Nobody’s Child also has a Heritage Check Single Breasted Blazer for £149 that keeps to the classic look. It’s tailored to add definition and shape, with a single breasted fastening and a contrast velvet panel on the flap pockets.
For a slightly different silhouette, House of Bruar’s Ladies Harris Tweed Denise Jacket is perfect. It’s slightly pricier at £325, and had a longline knee-length fit with a stand up collar. Alternatively, Marks & Spencer’s £75 Checked Collared Car Coat gives the tweed jacket a modern makeover, with a straight-cut, knee length shape and contrasting leather collar.
However the Damart Check Jacket has gotten praise from shoppers, who’ve given it a 4.8 out of 5 star rating. One wrote: “Lovely blazer, well fitting great for the Autumn.”
Whilst another said: “I have been looking for this sort of jacket for some time and this one is reasonably priced. The fabric is comfortable to wear and it looks smart. I am very pleased.”
The only complaint is: “Nice jacket but I had to return it. I ordered my usual size14 but it was too small”
