It’s Friday, June 6, and one star sign has to make some sacrifices, as another takes on too much responsibility.

These daily forecasts have been compiled by astrologer Russell Grant, who has been reading star signs for over 50 years. From Aries through to Pisces, here’s what today could bring for your horoscope – and what you can do to be prepared.
Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 20)
You’re determined to focus on the positives of a difficult situation. At the same time you are starting to acknowledge the need to leave some experiences in the past. A change of scenery will do you a lot of good, even if you can’t travel too far away.
Taurus (Apr 21 – May 21)
You always prefer to approach tasks thoughtfully and carefully as you know that this ensures high-quality results. You understand the importance of following guidelines and that’s why when you find yourself working with someone who is reckless, takes shortcuts and overlooks important procedures, you are bound to feel frustrated.
Gemini (May 22 – June 21)
You recently agreed to take over a colleague’s commitments while they sorted out some personal matters. You did not agree for this to be a permanent arrangement. If it seems like they’re in no rush to return to their duties, remind them that you can’t continue to carry more than your fair share.
Cancer (June 22 – July 23)
You are having to make a few sacrifices for the benefit of your family. A teenager will react more positively to your guidance when you present it as advice rather than orders. Problems with arranging childcare could mean you need to take a few days off or work from home.
Leo (July 24 – Aug 23)
It has been a while since you have had some fun. This could be a perfect day for a little adventure with a good friend. Think about taking a trip somewhere different but keep it local. You might enjoy hiking in the countryside or taking a stroll along the seashore. Be spontaneous.
Virgo (Aug 24 – Sept 23)
Despite a senior colleague insisting there is nothing they can do about a current, difficult situation, you might recognise a few other options. Arguing with them will only make matters worse. It could be that you will have to put alternative plans in place without their knowledge.
Libra (Sept 24 – Oct 23)
It is time to take a more organised approach to life. Start by sorting through your paperwork and discarding any correspondence you no longer need. File away file important documents in a safe place. If daily tasks are getting too much for you, consider delegating some responsibilities to your family members.
Scorpio (Oct 24 – Nov 22)
You have a clear idea of what you want to do in the future and this increases the chances of your expectations being fulfilled. Your family and friends understand how important it is for you to achieve the targets you are now setting for yourself. You will appreciate their support.
Sagittarius (Nov 23 – Dec 21)
Plans you thought were going ahead will suddenly be postponed. This will leave many people, including yourself, feeling disappointed. You might long for life to go back to how it used to be but it’s hard to define what ‘normal’ really means at this point.
Capricorn (Dec 22 – Jan 20)
It doesn’t matter what their role or position might be, it’s important not to let a colleague’s justifications for controversial decisions to go unchallenged. When they claim they have no alternatives, you might suggest several other options that are available. They know this; they just won’t admit it.
Aquarius (Jan 21 – Feb 19)
Address problems that crop up early on, immediately. After this, it won’t take long for you to regain your footing. Stay patient and be open to discussing various alternatives. If someone seems to be in too much of a hurry to get things done, gently suggest that they take their time.
Pisces (Feb 20 – Mar 20)
You could find yourself volunteering to take on a friend or workmate’s responsibilities in addition to your own. This is a short-term solution to help them get through a tough time and because you know the situation is only temporary, you should be able to manage the extra workload without any problems.
