After a flurry of pre-orders, Apple’s newest iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max handsets are now available to buy in the UK. Those eyeing up the devices for an upgrade may want to know the perks of the deals before they buy, so we’ve rounded up the offers.
Picked out by our own team of tech shopping experts, who cover everything from Apple launches to Samsung’s Galaxy S25 release, and the latest Google Pixel 10 drop, there are lots of options. Retailers including giffgaff, Sky, EE, Three, Vodafone, and Mobiles.co,uk have listed their cost-splitting options.
A glimpse into the deals, mobiles.co.uk is one to look at for those wanting AirPods too, as it dishes out a free pair for iPhone 17 shoppers. Another is Sky, which is adding the newest AirPods Pro3 for £7 a month to anyone who buys one of the new iPhone 17 models.
One of the cheapest is giffgaff, which offers the 256GB iPhone 17 Pro for £47.06 a month, compared to Sky’s £54 monthly total for the same. Then comes trade-in, which, is when retailers cut a huge chunk off the price for those who hand in an older handset when they buy – read more about it here.

Mobiles.co.uk is one of our favourite retailers for more affordable contracts and it regularly throws in freebies with its monthly deals. Now it’s giving away free Apple AirPods 4 with orders of the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max.
The eligible contract prices are a little higher than some rival retailers, but customers also get a huge 100GB data allowance, plus unlimited calls and texts. Each of the plans below will come with the free AirPods delivered with the handset.

Best iPhone 17 trade-in offer
A deal which initially caught our eye during the pre-order week, Vodafone’s mega trade-in deal has extended to the ‘buy now’ offers. Anyone with an older handset can cut hundreds off the price of the model – as much as £552 for those with an iPhone 16 Pro Max to give in.
The trade-in price does depend on the model handed in. Those with an older iPhone 15 Plus can save up to £325. When shoppers go to trade, they also have the option to spread the cost with 0% APR Phone Plans up to 36 months if they don’t want to pay upfront.
Vodafone’s price is competitive to rival Three Mobile’s pricing, which is also offering up to £552 off. O2 is offering it too but it’s deal is by far the lowest offer with ‘up to £100 off’ for those who trade it.
Sky Mobile offers iPhone 17 from £25 a month and £7 AirPods
Sky Mobile is offering the iPhone 17 from £25 per month, with no upfront cost. The 36-month contract allows customers to pick their own data plan with prices from £1 monthly for 1GB up to £20 monthly for 50GB.It’s important to note that the data charges are in addition to the contract price. The best data plan we’ve spotted is £19 per month for unlimited data.

They usually retail at £219, so a deal that brings them down to £7 makes them much more affordable. This is the cheapest monthly price currently spotted for the iPhone 17.
When people buy the iPhone 17 (or any of the new iPhone range) Sky Mobile is offering the AirPods Pro 3 for £7 per month. The deal will appear on Sky Mobile’s site after shoppers have selected their iPhone 17. It is only available to those buying a device.
All mobile contract plans include unlimited calls and texts, and any spare data rolls over and is ready for consumers to use later. Shoppers can swap to a new phone anytime after 31 days, or from 24 months at no extra cost, Sky Mobile promises.
Vodafone for a new iPhone 17 and free coffee
The next deal on our list is a data contract from Vodafone, but the catch is to buy it off retailer Mobiles.co.uk for a better data offer. As tech writer Christopher Harper highlights.
He said: “My favourite deal is a Vodafone deal on a 24-month contract for £59 a month with a £25 upfront cost. It’s a pretty affordable deal with a big chunk of data, so iPhone fans never have to worry about browsing the internet while out and about.
“I’ve been using Vodafone for most of my life for contracts, and they have been super reliable in terms of signal and price. It also has tons of extras like Vodafone Rewards, where shoppers can get freebies like Costa coffee. It also has a data booster that can be used, which gives unlimited data for 30 days – and when I recently went on holiday, it was super, super helpful”.
