A TikTok user has shared their secret for making perfectly crispy bacon every time – and the unusual ingredient you need to add to your grill is probably already in your cupboards

Aiming to assist bacon-lovers in achieving that extra crunch at home, they posted a video with the captivating caption: “Do you flour your bacon?” The social media whizzes boasted that the method “creates perfectly crispy bacon for BLTs by reducing the curling!”

To start off, line a baking tray using either a silicone mat or parchment paper, then lay down the bacon strips side by side on the tray, reports the Express.
Then, following @thechoppedcouple’s lead, take a sprinkle of plain flour and lightly dust it across the bacon. While the specific baking instructions were not covered, one can gather from the context that the tray was then popped into the oven until the bacon sizzled to scrumptious crispiness.
