Proud wife Victoria Beckham has gushed over her husband David Beckham as he marks his milestone 50th birthday today
Victoria Beckham has paid not one, but two gushing tributes to her husband David on his 50th birthday. The former Spice Girls singer and mum-of-four, 51, took to Instagram as soon as the clock struck midnight on her husband’s birthday to celebrate him.
While the Beckham’s have already been marking David’s milestone birthday for weeks now, Victoria made it her mission to make sure her man felt extra special on his 50th by posting not one, but two tribute videos as she swooned over how much she loved her other half.
In the first video, former pop star Victoria serenades David as they both sing and dance to Islands In The Stream by Dolly Parton. The power couple previously revealed that the 1983 hot record is ‘their song’. The sweet video sees Victoria holding onto David as she dances in front of him, while David beams and laughs behind her while belting out the iconic tune.
Alongside the video, a smitten Victoria penned: “Happy birthday eve @davidbeckham… my everything. My best friend, soul mate and dance partner for life. Like the song says “We start and end as one, in love forever, We can ride it together”. I love you xxxxxxxxxx”
In another gushing post, Victoria shared a montage of memories with David since the pair first met in 1997 until their most recent life milestones – including David’s 50th birthday party which he and his family celebrated early last month.
The heartwarming video sees the couple’s daughter Harper, 13, as a little girl drinking a bottle of milk in bed before she says: “There’s only one David Beckham”.
Alongside the sweet video, Victoria shared her gratitude for having David in her life and the incredible life they have made with one another alongside their children Brooklyn, 26, Romeo, 22, Cruz, 20, and Harper, 13.
“When I look at this video I think ‘Wow, how lucky am I’. You’re everything I could have dreamed of and more. Happy 50th birthday David. I love you and our beautiful family endlessly. You complete me,” she gushed.
Football legend David has built one of the grandest estates the sporting world has ever seen. And as he celebrates his 50th birthday today, both he and wife Victoria sit as arguably the most prolific of power couples in existence right now.
David and Victoria Beckham were married on July 4, 1999. The ceremony took place at Luttrellstown Castle near Dublin, Ireland, and the pair’s love for one another seems to only be growing stronger every year they grow older together.
