Virgin Media will give you a free 4K TV or £200 if you switch this month

By staff20 February 2025No Comments3 Mins Read

Virgin is giving away a free 4K smart TV or £200 bill credit to tempt Sky, BT and TalkTalk customers into switching to its TV and broadband bundles

Virgin Media is giving away a free TV or £200 as it brings back a popular deal to tempt new customers. Just as Sky launches its new Sky Glass Gen 2 smart TV, its biggest rival is allowing new customers to bag a free 43” Hisense 4K smart TV worth £399 when signing up for select TV and broadband bundles.

There’s also the option to get £200 knocked off monthly bills instead of the TV, which offers up to three months of service completely free. With Virgin’s bundles, there’s access to more than 200 TV channels, with select plans including Sky Sports and Sky Cinema at no extra cost.

With this, members can watch the latest Premier League action and entire Formula 1 season and the latest Hollywood blockbusters. They also come with Virgin’s ultra-fast broadband, with speeds up to 1,130Mbps and no setup or activation fee to get things up and running.

All of Virgin’s contracts run for 18 months, shorter than the 24-month plans offered by rivals like Sky. However, the free TV deal is live for less than two weeks and will expire on Monday, March 3.

See the deals here:

200+ TV channels, 11 Sky Cinema channels, 264 Mbps fibre broadband, weekend chatter.

200+ TV channels, 10 Sky Sports channels, 362Mbps fibre broadband, weekend chatter.

210+ TV channels including Sky Sports and Sky Cinema, Netflix Standard with ads, 516Mbps fibre broadband.

240+ TV channels including Sky Sports and Sky Cinema, Netflix standard with ads, 1,130Mbps fibre broadband, 250GB O2 SIM, O2 Extra including Disney+ or Prime Video for six months

Customers joining the Mega Volt plan will also receive Virgin’s WiFi guarantee. Usually priced at £8 per month, this scheme offers a minimum download speed of 30Mbps in every room of the house or Virgin will give £100 back.

Virgin has also introduced the new One Touch Switch process, which means customers don’t have to contact their existing provider, rather let Virgin do the leg work on their behalf. However, keep in mind that Virgin is among the many providers to increase its prices in April.

For example, the £65.99 per month plan will rise to £69.49 from April 2026. Elsewhere, this month saw the release of Sky’s new and improved smart TV, the Sky Glass Gen 2, with prices starting at £29 per month.

As well as the new QLED device, this also provides access to more than 100 channels including Sky Atlantic, alongside free Netflix and Discovery+ subscriptions.
