Wowcher has a selection of named brand mattresses currently on sale
A good night’s sleep is essential for both physical and mental wellbeing, yet many people still struggle to get the rest they need. From busy lifestyles to uncomfortable sleep setups, the barriers to quality sleep can add up quickly.
That’s why more and more people are turning their attention to improving their sleep environment – starting with the foundation of it all which is the mattress. Now consumers can grab a selection of mattresses including brands like Emma and Simba for less from Wowcher.
The first one is the Emma Original Memory Foam Mattress from £149 down from £289 on Wowcher for a refurbished mattress or from £209 for a non-refurb version. Engineered with a three-layer construction, this mattress combines HRX Supreme Foam for support, Halo Memory Foam for pressure relief and Point Elastic Airgocell Foam to enhance breathability. The mattress is also designed to adapt to the body’s contours, reduce aches and pains and keep users cool throughout the night, even in warmer months.
For consumers interested in the Emma Original Mattress on Wowcher, a reviewer who bought the same mattress from Wayfair, where it retails from £169.99, said it’s the “perfect mattress.”
Another added: “Love my new mattress.” However one shopper noted an issue with how the mattress has expanded, stating “the corners didn’t take their full shape”.
Another mattress offer on Wowcher is the Simba Hybrid Pro Refurbished Mattress from £399 down from £599 on Wowcher. Designed for advanced comfort and breathability, this mattress features a natural wool top layer that enhances airflow, moisture control and temperature regulation for a cool and comfortable sleep.
The foam in the Simba mattress adds to the cooling performance by promoting airflow and helping to dissipate body heat throughout the night. One shopper who reviewed the mattress on the Simba website said: “I sleeping like on the clouds, very happy with my decision to choose Simba.”
However some shoppers found they had issues with the firmness. with one stating: “It’s much softer than I had anticipated, I think I prefer something firmer.”
Alternatively, the Somnior Diamond 3000 Medium Firm Pocket Spring Mattress from £150.36 to £293.16 from Debenhams which is filled with luxury fillings and comfort layers, leaving it with a medium firm feel and approximately 28cm/11” depth. However this is a dual sided mattress and will need to be flipped in order to maximise comfort and longevity.
There is also the Memory Foam 4,000 Pocket Sprung Hybrid Mattress for £389 from Dusk. This is finished with a soft touch knitted casing which has two layers of pocket springs and a 4000 spring count and a depth of 31cm.
Shoppers have rated Wowcher with a 4.3 out of 5 star rating on Trustpilot. Talking about the shopping process, one person said: “Easy process and good deals.” While another added: “It is always a smooth purchase with clear instructions to claim.”
Most of the less-positive reviews concern delivery charges, with those being charged separately for each item and product prices not including postage. The reason for this is that Wowcher is a marketplace, and orders are fulfilled by individual vendors. A shopper said: “Price initially quoted does not include postage. After having paid for the item, we then have to pay separately for the postage.”
However another customer stated: “Amazing offers,” and another consumer praised the site’s discounts: “Purchased from here seven times and will book again from Wowcher. Amazing discount.”
The refurbished Emma Original Memory Foam Mattress and Simba Hybrid Pro Refurbished Mattress are available from Wowcher.
