The SaaSy People Named in FT 1000 2026 as Revenue Growth Accelerates Across Europe

The SaaSy People has been featured in the Financial Times FT 1000: Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies 2026, achieving a ranking of #441. The firm provides SaaS consultancy, outsourced BPO and Customer Success services to organisations throughout the UK and US.

Compiled in collaboration with Statista, the FT 1000 evaluates businesses based on compound annual revenue growth recorded between 2021 and 2024. Now marking its tenth edition, the ranking highlights companies that have achieved substantial organic growth despite wider economic pressures.

The company operates across four strategic pillars: SaaSy Platforms & Technical Services for platform implementation and optimisation; SaaSy Customer Support for BPO-led assistance; SaaSy Retention-as-a-Service for outsourced Customer Success; and SaaSy Development for onshore custom software engineering. It maintains advanced partner accreditations with Intercom, monday.com, Zendesk and Vonage, and has received recognition as Solution Partner of the Year at Intercom’s Global Sales Kickoff and EMEA Partner of the Year from monday.com.

Reece Couchman, CEO and Founder of The SaaSy People said: “Being recognised in the FT 1000 is a reflection of the work our entire team puts in every single day. The late nights, the tricky implementations, the tough client conversations, the thousands of customer interactions handled brilliantly on behalf of our clients – this is the result of all of that. We’re doing big things, and cracking the FT 1000 top 500 is proof that our multi-solution model works.”

Inclusion in this year’s list reflects a period of geographic and operational growth, with an expanding enterprise client base and strengthened technology partnerships. The company’s AI-centred solutions offering, built around Intercom’s Fin AI agent, has supported increasing demand for intelligent automation in customer engagement.

The full FT 1000 2026 ranking is available on the FT website. A printed FT publication will be available on 26 March 2026.
