BizX Awards 2026 Spotlight the Power of Coaching as Anu Khanna’s Clients Collect Multiple Honours

Several businesses operating across the UK Midlands and working under the guidance of coach Anu Khanna have emerged as notable achievers at the BizX Awards 2026, with two client companies securing outright category wins and a further 11 earning finalist recognition.

The two winning businesses were ACT, whose leader John Courtenay accepted the Best Import-Export Company of the Year award, and The Buddy Bag Foundation, whose founder Karen Williams received the Not-for-profit Business of the Year title. Anu Khanna has served as coach to both organisations over a sustained period of several years.

What made the evening particularly notable was that recognition extended to the coaches themselves. Principal Coach Anu Khanna and her colleague Harneet Kaur were both honoured at the ceremony, making the connection between coaching and commercial achievement impossible to overlook.

Anu Khanna left the evening with three awards to her name: Best Client Results 2026, Executive Partner of the Year 2026, and the ActionHERO Award. Each of these honours reflects the consistency with which she has delivered growth, improved performance and meaningful progress across the businesses she supports. Harneet Kaur received the Growth Partner of the Year 2026 award, adding further weight to the case that structured, well-delivered coaching translates reliably into outcomes that can be seen and measured.

The BizX Awards are designed to celebrate the highest standards of business growth, leadership and operational performance, and bring together some of the UK’s most accomplished entrepreneurs and business professionals each year. The volume and breadth of recognition that Anu’s clients received in 2026 points towards something more significant than a run of good fortune — it points to a model of coaching that makes high performance repeatable.

Coaching done well asks business owners to leave behind the habit of operating purely on instinct and to replace it with a clarity of purpose that makes consistent execution possible. What once felt urgent and overwhelming becomes manageable and prioritised. Owners find themselves no longer simply reacting to whatever the day brings, but leading their businesses with a sense of direction and control that was previously absent.

Under Anu Khanna’s guidance, coaching injects accountability into the daily life of a business, brings greater discipline to the decisions that matter, and ensures that the strategies and plans that are developed are genuinely carried out rather than left unfinished. The distance between intention and action closes, and progress becomes something that happens by design rather than by chance.

The practical impact of this approach across the businesses Anu works with has included more focused and productive sales activity, teams that take genuine responsibility for their areas of the business, and clearer internal systems that free the owner from being the answer to every question. Each business becomes more self-sufficient, more consistent and more capable of growing on its own terms.

These results are not the product of exceptional circumstances. They are what happens, time and again, when structured coaching is applied with the seriousness and discipline it deserves across businesses that are genuinely committed to improving.
