Footage shows an advertising ban with an image of Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein being driven away by a police officer as the US President’s visit was targeted

Police have confiscated an ad van showing pictures of Donald Trump with notorious paedophile Jeffrey Epstein – as the US President stays nearby.

Campaign group Everyone Hates Elon say they want Trump’s relationship with Epstein to “haunt him everywhere he goes”. Earlier this week members unfurled a huge banner of the two together outside Windsor Castle.

Footage shows a police officer driving away with the advertising van, which was being driven around Windsor.

A spokeswoman for Everyone Hates Elon said: “We’re sick of the US’s influence on the UK – whether its billionaires like Elon Musk or billionaire backers like Donald Trump.

“Trump is bringing over tech billionaires to the UK this week just as his former advisor Musk spoke to a far right rally in central London. They want us to think the US is a good influence – but the truth is Trump is an abuser who was friends with pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. How can that be good for anyone in the UK?

“There’s no way we’re letting him use our country to polish his image. We’re ready to make sure Epstein haunts him everywhere he goes.”

The Mirror has contacted Thames Valley Police for comment. Police have already arrested four activists after a projection of the image was beamed onto Windsor Castle on Tuesday evening. Trump’s visit comes just days after Peter Mandelson was sacked at US Ambassador after emails revealed the depth of his relationship with convicted paedophile Epstein.

Epstein has haunted Trump during his second term, with the President’s seeming reluctance to release the so-called “Epstein files” fuelling speculation about a cover-up amongst some of his dedicated MAGA base. The US Commander-in-Chief has denied he was friends with the disgraced financier.

He was recently forced to deny a note included in Epstein’s “birthday book” passed on to Congressional investigators. This included a grim message and a crude illustration of a woman’s body was written by him – despite his signature seemingly scrawled underneath.

In a statement, the White House said the President did not draw this picture, and he did not sign it”. But Mr Trump has previously had kind words for the paedophile, having once said during an interview with New York Magazine: “I’ve known Jeff for 15 years. He’s a lot of fun to be with.

“It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it – Jeffrey enjoys his social life.”
