The Samsung Galaxy SmartTag2 has dropped to just £14 in a huge early Black Friday saving from Amazon, and it’s the lowest price we’ve seen

Bluetooth trackers could be your saving grace if you’re prone to losing your keys and valuables around the home—or if you have young ones who seem to make them disappear. These nifty devices can be clipped onto valuables like car keys, handbags, or laptop cases, quickly turning into a must-have for many.

And now, we’ve found a new deal for money savers. Amazon has unveiled an amazing early Black Friday deal where one Bluetooth tracker has dropped to less than £20. The retail giant has cut the price from a hefty £38.99 down to £14, as confirmed by CamelCamelCamel’s records.

This major discount is even better than the first drop reported this month, which was about £18—Amazon has gone ahead and reduced it further. A chance to get one of these tracking ‘essentials’ for much less.

Besides the sweet price cut, customers are also gushing over the tracker. One chuffed buyer exclaimed: “Most of all they do what they’re designed to do. It’s easy to see where the tags are on the Smart Things app.”

Adding to the chorus of praise, another relieved user said: “I was concerned that there would be areas where there would be no response because of lack of Samsung devices. This doesn’t appear to be the case.”

Riding the wave of positivity, another added: “I currently have a tag on my car keys. My daughter is using the car and I can see she is currently just outside Limerick. Despite being in the middle of nowhere the position shown in the app is correct within 15 meters.”

“Just make sure they are suitable for your phone,” warned a recent shopper, highlighting the importance of compatibility. Another disgruntled buyer flagged up a significant issue: “I have returned this item as it isn’t compatible with any other phone. And Amazon says not returned….not clear that they aren’t compatible with other phones.”

In our gadget face-off, we’ve previously put the AirTag head-to-head with the Tile and found both gadgets ace at keeping tabs on your stuff, which you can read here. For those after a device that plays nice with different smartphones, we recommend the Tile Tag, despite its extra in-app costs, while the AirTag is still top dog for Apple fans.
