Yolanda Hadid has reportedly called time on her six year relationship with Joseph Jingoli after previously gushing over him and revealing they secretly got engaged in 2022
Gigi and Bella Hadid’s mum has called off her engagement from long-term partner Joseph Jingoli. Yolanda Hadid, 61, and her now ex-fiance had been engaged for six years before deciding to end things.
The decision comes after it was revealed her ex-husband, Mohamed Hadid, had secret fathered another daughter. It was revealed the supermodel siblings also had a 23-year-old half-sister and had been getting to know her over the last two years.
The secret child, called Aydan, had been socialising with the family. Sisters Gigi, 30, and Bella, 28, went on to call her a “cherished,” “unexpected” and “beautiful addition to our family”.
Gigi and Bella’s parents, Yolanda and Mohamed had been married between 1994 and 2000. As well as their daughters, they also welcomed son Anwar, 25.
Following their relationship, Yolanda tied the knot again in 2011. She married music producer David Foster, but their time was also cut short, with the pair going the separate ways in 2017.
Despite he latest relationship ending, she is said to have remained friends with Joseph. An insider told People the duo “remain friends and have nothing but fond memories of their time together”.
In 2020, she had gushed over the thought of tying the knot again. In a social media post marking their anniversary, she said at the time: “‘All my life I prayed for someone like you!!”
She went on: “Thank you for being such a bright light in my life, the calm in my storm and for being the most honorable man that I know….Happy 2 year anniversary Joey Jingoli, I love and appreciate you.”
Last summer, Yalonda – who has appeared on shows such as The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills – confessed Joseph popped the question to her in 2022. After keeping the proposal under wraps, she finally admitted Joseph asked for her hand in marriage during a loved-up trip to Holland.
The pair had met in 2017 when Yolanda moved to Pennsylvania. The proposal was let slip during an unexpected interview with Architectural Digest who referred to her now ex as her long-term “fiancé”.
She often featured her daughters Bella and Gigi in episodes of the Real Housewives and in an interview with Vogue, Bella revealed that she felt pressured to alter her appearance due to the early onset of fame and living in her sister’s shadow.
Bella, who transitioned from reality TV to modelling, confessed that she had a nose job when she was just 14 and now regrets the decision.
The revelation led fans to criticised Yolanda, accusing her of failing as a parent.
