Billie Shepherd proves animal print is still on-trend during her latest Dubai trip, where she sported a leopard print maxi dress from Karen Millen that’s currently on sale

We’ve been seeing a lot of snakeskin and cow prints on the high street; however, despite these new animal prints becoming popular, Billie Shepherd has just proved that leopard print never goes out of style.

In an Instagram post with her sister, Sam Faiers, Billie is seen sporting a figure-flattering mesh leopard print dress. Fans flooded her comment section asking where the dress is from, and after a little detective work, we’ve found the exact one. Billie is wearing the Lace Detail Power Mesh Jersey Maxi Dress from Karen Millen, and to make it even better, the on-trend maxi is currently 40% off, taking the price down from £129 to £77.40.

Thanks to the popular ‘Mob Wife’ trend last year, leopard print really catapulted itself back into mainstream fashion, and although prints and trends come and go, we think leopard print is here to stay.

The maxi dress features some gorgeous design details, including a sweetheart neckline that is massively complimentary on the bust. Its fitted silhouette also helps to create a flattering shape and waistline.

To style this maxi, we think keeping it simple is key. Minimal jewellery, like Billie, and black shoes and accessories let the print make the statement.

If you’re not a huge fan of dresses, Karen Millen has a bodysuit version of the dress available. It will give you the same look on the top half and allow you to pair what you want on the bottom half. We think a pair of straight-leg jeans for a more casual outfit would look great, or a black silky midi skirt to tone down the leopard print.

Looking for a more cold-weather-appropriate animal print dress? Monsoon’s Animal Print V-Neck Ruffle Maxi Tea Dress, £125, features long sleeves and a covered neckline. This floaty maxi perfectly combines both the leopard print trend with the boho chic trend we saw revived last autumn.
