The discount retailer is selling a new gin that doubles as a snow globe and contains miniscule gold flakes

B&M is selling an enchanting new gin that doubles as a snow globe – and it comes in two flavours. The bottle transforms into a piece of festive decor, featuring a light-up effect and minuscule gold flakes adding a luxurious touch.

If there’s one thing that we all love in the run up to Christmas, it’s all the festive food and drink on sale. Come December there’s something about having a glass of wine or gin after work that just gets even more appealing than ever – you’ve got to be prepared for your Christmas do, after all.

Each bottle also features a whimsical gonk shape in the middle, turning the tipple into a festive centrepiece. The Light-up Gonk Gin comes is infused with the rich and vibrant favours of clementine or winter berries

On the B&M website, the gin is praised as “dazzling” and is said to be “the perfect companion to your Christmas celebrations, or a great gift for a loved one.” The retailer added: “Ignite the senses, shine bright and make some happy memories this holiday season.”

Marks and Spencer is also selling Spiced Sugar Plum Light Up Snow Globe Gin Liqueur and Clementine Light Up Snow Globe Gin Liqueur, priced at £15. The bottle is shaped similarly to B&M’s version and also features edible silver or gold leaf flakes, depending on the flavour.

Both gins sparkle with gold leaf flakes and come with similar winter spice flavours. They both also boast a light-up feature thanks to its battery-powered design. Elsewhere, Home Bargains is stocking a similar bottle of gin that doubles as a twinkling snow globe.

Priced at £13.99, the Manchester Drinks Co Snow Fairy Gin Liqueur from Home Bargains is brimming with minuscule ‘silver leaves’. However, it does not have a light-up feature.
