People who use the fragrance say it gets them ‘loads of compliments’ and nobody would ever know it’s a slice of luxury on a bargain
There’s a huge sale at the moment with high street store Boots cutting the price of lots of its popular fragrances. Some deals could see shoppers make substantial savings.
One of the biggest reductions includes this 100ml Versace aftershave, down from £74 to just £24. Fans of the luxury brand could claim a saving of £50, while stocks last.
The designer brand’s Dreamer Eau de Toilette comes in a sleek glass bottle with an “alluring, sensual and comforting” fragrance all packaged in one. It blends aromatic florals with “deep and rich notes of amber” that become a strong masculine scent.

The Dreamer aftershave has gained the attention of hundreds of shoppers, as many gave it stellar reviews. People can be assured of its ‘quality’ with over 100 five-star reviews.
One Boots customer said: “This, like other Versace perfumes, is a beautiful long lasting fragrance at a very good price.” Another added: “Fantastic. It’s lovely for daytime or evening events.”
A third wrote: “I ordered this on a whim, seeing it was £24.99 instead of £74.99, and it was absolutely worth the spontaneous treat as it smells good! It has a fresh, light scent without being super floral, which can usually put me off.”
Someone else put: “For the price, this is a great fragrance. Wore it on a trip to Paris and got loads of compliments. Smells more expensive than it is.” A fifth person added: “Great smell and excellent price. I would recommend as I’ve had loads of compliments about how nice it is.”
Ladies can snap up a similar bargain whilst still smelling of Versace. The ‘beautiful’ Versace Woman Eau de Parfum comes in a classy 50ml bottle and is reduced from £42 to just £24 also.
But, not everyone felt the purchase was worth the price. One unhappy shopper claimed: “Not the best aftershave I’ve ever bought. It doesn’t last that long.” Another warned: “This fragrance has been reformulated so much that it bears no resemblance to the original at all! No longevity or anything.”
There are lots of alternatives available from other retailers. For example, Superdrug is also running a fragrance sale this January that includes the 125ml Moschino Uomo Eau de Toilette – currently on offer for £22 down from £70.
Elsewhere, you can get a bottle of David Beckham Instinct from Amazon for £17.74. It boasts a similar scent pattern and can be delivered to your door fairly quickly dep[ending on when you place your order.
