Police in Bristol are dealing with a serious incident, involving the bomb squad, fire service and paramedics, this evening.
The nature of the incident is not clear, but dozens of homes in the area have been evacuated. Residents have said they don’t know when they will be allowed to go back home.
An arrest has been made. The police cordon could last all night, according to a resident.
