McDonald’s lovers are not happy at all after noticing a beloved Cadbury chocolate treat not being included from this year’s Easter menu, with urgent demands to bring it back
The new McDonald’s menu is set to launch this week, but a certain beloved product hasn’t made it to the list, much to the dismay of Cadbury fans.
The much raved about Creme Egg McFlurry isn’t set to be part of the fold this Easter, and naturally it has upset a lot of Cadbury and chocolate lovers. Many have taken to social media to express their frustration, demanding for it to be brought back instantly, but it’s not known if McDonald’s has listened to the outcry.
While the absence of the Creme Egg McFlurry has disappointed many, the new menu does feature some exciting additions. One of the standout offerings is a brand-new adult Happy Meal, which is themed around the popular game Minecraft. This unique Happy Meal can be customised with either a Big Mac, 9 McNuggets, or 4 Veggie Dippers. Whether you choose the adult or kids version, the meal comes with a collectable toy, and there are 12 different toys to collect in total.

Another exciting additions include a Spicy Nether Flame Sauce, an Apple Cake McFlurry (in normal and mini size), an Apple Slice Fruit Bag and Cheesy Garlic Bread Dippers. However, despite these new offerings, many are still left fuming over the lack of the Creme Egg McFlurry, especially with Easter just around the corner.
Social media has been flooded with comments from disappointed fans. One Twitter user wrote: “Have you forgotten it’s Easter?! Where’s your Creme Egg McFlurry?! It’s the only ever one I have all year and now you’ve gone and dumped it?! I’m fewmin.” A second said: “I know it’s a month until Easter but where is my beloved Cadbury Creme Egg McFlurry?,” a third one added: “Hey yea where the F*** is the creme egg mcflurry.”

The Creme Egg McFlurry, first launched in 2002, quickly became a staple of the McDonald’s menu, particularly in the spring. It was the perfect treat to cool down on a hot day, and its annual return around Easter time became a beloved tradition. The McFlurry was priced at £2.79, with the mini version costing 60p less. In addition to the Creme Egg McFlurry, another Easter favourite, the Mini Egg McFlurry, was introduced in 2006. However, this treat has also been absent for some time, adding to the disappointment of fans.
