Another two celebrities quit Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins last night in another dramatic episode on the Channel 4 show.

The series is one of the most brutal on TV, which shows a group of famous faces being put through their paces with brutal challenges normally reserved for people training to be in the Special Forces.

The current series saw two celebrities quit on the first day – S Club’s Hannah Spearritt and former Dancing on Ice judge Louie Spence – before there was another double exit in the second episode.

Singer Lady Leshurr was seen writing a note before asking to speak to the DS, where she informed him she couldn’t carry on with th show. She said: “I can’t continue because of my neck, staff.”

She hurt her neck in a previous challenge and the DS said he didn’t want her to risk further injury if she really felt she couldn’t continue. She then left the camp, before her fellow celebrities found her goodbye note, leaving many of them shocked at her sudden departure.

Later in the episode Rebecca Loos became overcome by her fear of heights, she initially refused to even set foot on the bridge. She went to hand in her arm band then and there, but was coaxed by the other celebrities to see how she felt on the viaduct, reports The Sun.

But despite standing on the edge of the bridge ready to jump, she couldn’t let go. She then broke down in tears and quit the show altogether, saying: “I’m out. I’m really sorry, I’m really sorry.”

Adam opened up about his battle with depression, before breaking down in tears as he discusses the loss of a child. The emotional scenes show Adam wiping tears from his eyes as he struggles to discuss the hardship he went through.

Discussing his life’s toughest moments, he says: “One of them was with my partner…and…we, erm, lost something…when it was really close to getting there a second time and telling everyone.”

Following the double exit, only six celebrity recruits remain on the show: Adam, Lucy Spraggan, Bimini, Conor Benn, Michaella McCollum and Troy Deeney.

Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins continues Monday, August 18 at 9pm on Channel 4, with all episodes available to plus members on Channel4.com.
