The Irishman sat next to Pam Stepnick on the way to Donald Trump’s inauguration, and ‘The Notorious’ has now given his thoughts on the Paul brother’s mother

Conor McGregor was very complimentary of Jake and Logan Paul’s mother, Pam Stepnick, after the pair sat next to each other on the way to Donald Trump’s inauguration.

On Monday afternoon, the combat sports community were left stunned after Jake Paul uploaded a picture online alongside McGregor and his older brother Logan. Despite their ongoing rivalry, the three stars appeared to be very civil and respectful towards each other as it was apparent that they had put aside their feud for the time being.

Joining the Paul brothers in the pre-inauguration celebrations was their mother, Pam. While the pair were sat next to each other on the bus ride up to Washington DC, there was no room for Stepnick – who sat a row behind the two along with McGregor. That said, she was all smiles, and ‘The Notorious’ has now finally given his verdict on the 61-year-old.

In a story uploaded to his official Instagram page, McGregor shared a selfie with Stepnick and captioned the snap: “Lovely lady Pam.” The pair seemed to enjoy each other’s company and the caption was accompanied with a heart emoji.

McGregor – a former two-division UFC champion – jetted out to American from Dublin last weekend along with his long-time coach John Kavanagh. On the Sunday, the 36-year-old was photographed smiling and shaking hands with Reform UK leader Nigel Farage. However, following the picture, ‘The Notorious’ has faced a lot of stick online.

One user wrote: “Well, tell your ‘brother’ to stop acting like a stereotypical politician and start acting like himself again.” Another posted: “You were an absolute joke. Now you’re worse. You seem to get worse and worse.” A third commented: “Ewww. @Nigel_Farage what are you f*****g doing, for f**** sake?” While a fourth posted: “Just, when you thought Conor couldn’t go lower.” Another wrote: “What a pair of horrible w******.” A sixth replied to the photo: “Hang your head in shame.”

The boxing world is waiting to see if McGregor and the Paul brothers reignite their feud. Last month, the Irishman suggested that he was in talks to fight Jake Paul’s older brother. In a post uploaded to X – formerly known as Twitter – the 36-year-old wrote: “The rumours of a bout with Topuria are false. I am in preliminary agreements with the Ambani family to face Logan Paul in a boxing exhibition in India. I have agreed. I will then seek my return to the Octagon.”

Should the pair go toe-to-toe in the ring, it’s been reported that they will each pocket $250million. Despite recently handing McGregor a huge blow after revealing that he was solely dedicated to the WWE, it’d appear that Logan is still interested in the showdown after pleading to Dana White’s boss, UFC and WWE chief Ari Emanuel, to be permitted to take on ‘The Notorious.’
