Simon Hart made shocking claims in his diary entries from a senior party advisor defecating on someone’s head at an orgy to an MP getting stuck inside a brothel

A Conservative chief whip has sensationally claimed a senior advisor to the party attended an orgy and defecated on someone’s head.

The diaries of Simon Hart ripped the curtain back on the bizarre habits of his fellow party members in the dying months of the Conservative government. Extracts from the diaries cover orgies and how a Tory MP became stuck in a brothel, among several other claims of shocking incidents.

Mr Hart, the former MP for Carmarthen West and South Pembrokeshire from 2010 to 2024, covered the last 21 months of the Tory government before its monuments defeat at the last general election in July. While the diaries provided many shocks, there were two instances that stood out in particular.

A Conservative advisor working in a government department was reported to the whips office after reportedly attending an orgy where they defecated on someone’s head. The diary entry from October 31, frankly described the incident as well as another shocking case.

“October 31: Among today’s HR joys is the report that a departmental spad went to an orgy over the weekend and ended up taking a crap on another person’s head.

“To make matters worse, in a separate incident a House employee went to a party dressed as Jimmy Savile and ended up having sex with a blow-up doll, for which he has been subsequently dismissed. Just another day at the office, I guess.”

Another extract published in The Times includes how Mr Hart was woken up by a member of the 2019 intake at 2:45am who said he had been “stuck in a brothel in Bayswater” and that he had “run out of money.”

The MP claimed he met a woman at the Carlton Club before she took him to a brothel. He told Hart: “I now think she is a KGB agent. She wants £500 and has left me in a room with 12 naked women and CCTV.”

After dealing with the brothel incident, Mr Hart recalled telling former Prime Minister Rishi Sunak about it over a “catch-up” pizza at Downing Street. “Poor Rishi — he doesn’t believe such things happen,” Mr Hart wrote. “He is refreshingly straight-laced and tends to see the good in most people. He should work in the whips’ office for a day and that would soon change.”

Mr Hart also revealed his view of now-Tory leader Kemi Badenoch, adding: “She lives in a permanent state of outrage. It must be so tiring.” He also revealed Mr Sunak appointed a minister to his cabinet despite believing she was “f****** useless.”

Mr Hart did not reveal the name of the minister, but in the February 2023 reshuffle, three women were promoted to the cabinet, those being Ms Badenoch, Michelle Donelan and Lucy Frazer.
