The pair were seen having sex in a Russian swimming pool as horrified passersby got an eye full of their intimate tryst, with some saying it was part of Vladimir Putin’s drive to increase the country’s birth rate

A couple were caught romping in a swimming pool in front of horrified members of the public.

Law enforcement are seeking to name and shame the naked pair whose intimate tryst was visible to passersby on the street. Commentary on a video of the couple in the corner of the pool said: “They’re just [having sex], look at that.”

“This is just like a full programme,” said a female voice. “He’s not wearing any swimming costume. Where are his trunks? Oh, my God.” Another woman said: “How can you go there….with kids? I’, shocked.” Then a female voice says: “Look at that, they’re already finishing.” Her friend says: “I don’t think so.” One of the transfixed onlookers said: “Girls, let’s go over there.”

The owner of pool has been forced to apologise for the X-rated antics in the see-through pool. A spokesman said the resort “fully supports the increase in the birth rate. At the same time, we would like to remind our guests that not all the activities they fancy can be attained in our pool.”

Sergey Mironov, the owner of the Khvalynskie Termy resort in Saratov, Russia, hit out at the “unseemly behaviour” of the guests, and said the pool has undergone “additional disinfection”.

He said: “What happened is what happened…. We create and build various interesting spaces for recreation, but the behaviour of guests is sometimes undignified. I’m sorry. As a result, I find it best to treat this situation with irony and, of course, to additionally disinfect and purify the water, which has already been done.” Some joked the couple’s actions were part of Vladimir Putin’s campaign to reduce Russia’s acute demographic decline in the country.

Back in September, an unimpressed judge in the UK gave a couple caught in the middle of a sex act on a packed easyJet flight a scathing put down during their sentencing. Moments after take-off shocked witnesses saw “vigorous hand movements” from beneath in seats 16A and 16B on the March 3 flight and alerted the cabin crew.
