David Tennant’s wife Georgia has revealed she has been sent a terrifying death threat on social media. The actress and producer, 40, decided to share one of the alleged threats that has been uploaded to Facebook.

She has reached out to the social media platform as well as owner Mark Zuckerberg to see if action can be taken. Georgia posted a message that read: “Whoever kills Georgia Tennant immediately will receive a reward from me.”

Alongside her post, Georgia asked her followers: “Just been sent this by a friend. Out of curiosity @facebook what would constitute a breach of community standards? @zuck.”

She was soon flooded with concerned messages as they urged her to take action against the social media user. Actress Alice Evans said: “Georgia take it to the police. They can force Meta to subpoena the details and IP address.

“This is outrageous and I am so so sorry. I understand because I get similar. This person needs outing to the world.” Deborah Frances-White added: “Jesus Christ! Georgia. This requires a law suit.”

Pop star Sophie Ellis-Bextor wrote: “Wow I’m so sorry that’s horrendous. Police matter I’d say? Xx sending love xx.” Georgia married Doctor Who star David, 54, in 2011 and the couple share two children.

Just this week, she gave a candid interview about their home life, stating the family only eat together once a year. Two of the couple’s five children have special needs, Georgia explained in a recent podcast.

“I don’t understand how people sit around and all eat together. We’ve got a lot of neurodiverse kids so a couple of them don’t like eating around other people. They go and eat in separate rooms,” Georgia said.

They have Ty, 23 – Georgia’s son from a previous relationship – and Olive, 14, Wilfred, 12, Doris, ten, and five-year-old Birdie. Georgia was praised for the candid admission as one fan said: “Sounds challenging, you’re doing well Georgia.”

Another posted: “You got this, Georgia.” Georgia, who is the daughter of former Doctor Who star Peter Davison, spoke about her kids on Russell Howard’s Five Brilliant Things podcast.

She continued: “A couple of them won’t eat the same food, so we have to cook a different meal for them. Mealtime is like two and a half hours of me wandering around the house serving different people in different rooms.”

The star explained her family rarely eat together at home, with Christmas the significant exception. “We never [eat together]. Christmas, I think we do.

“Every now and again, we’ll go to a pub and we’ll all sit down and it’s just a f***ing nightmare. I just want to go home. They’re crawling on the table, one’s got headphones on. It’s just like, no.”

Gushing about her husband and kids, Georgia continued: “I like how different they are. It seemed weird that two people can keep creating such a different smorgasbord of humans. And that’s really fascinating.”
