The star of Drag Race UK was seen strutting down Oxford Circus in a makeshift catwalk
Oxford Circus was transformed into an impromptu catwalk, with models showcasing their moves across its renowned four-way crossing.
The live exhibition, which took over the iconic traffic lights of the London site for an hour on Friday, featured models flaunting Black Friday deals.
Drag Race UK star Tomara Thomas joined the models for the live party-wear catwalk show titled ‘People Will Talk…’
A spokesperson for fashion brand boohoo, which organised the catwalk, said: “What better place to get clothes in front of people.”
“While thousands cross over at Oxford Circus every day, they don’t often see a drag star on a catwalk.”
The brand, known for its tongue-in-cheek campaigns, staged the stunt to unveil its Cyber Weekend deals, with followers of its social channels also given the opportunity to win a £1,000 cash prize.
