A white Christmas may be on many people’s wishlists but with the festivities comes much colder weather – Dyson’s new heater sale has launched in time
The blistery cold UK weather is in full swing and while many shoppers snap up last minute Christmas gifts many households will have heating on their minds. As the temperature drops we’ve spotted a hard-to-beat deal that’ll keep you toasty warm this December without wracking up the thermostat.
Dyson has added a load of deals to its sale page, proving to be vital for disorganised present-buyers its popular AirWrap – a rival to the Shark FlexStyle – and cordless vacuums are all cut in price and if ordered before December 12 will arrive in time for Christmas Day. It’s here where we spotted the Dyson Hot Cool Jet Focus fan – that’s now £130 cheaper.
Unlike other heaters that get banished to the back of the cupboard once winter is over, the Jet Focus model is designed to be used all year with a mode that gives a room ‘a good supply of heat’ and refreshing cool setting for the muggy summer months. Usually £399 it can now be snapped up for £269.

It’s huge price drop likely a reason that it’s being snapped up quickly, with more than 1,000 shoppers looking at the Dyson deal over the last 24 hours. Over at retailer Debenhams it can also be found for the same cheaper price.
As a recent shopper bought it to ‘heat their conservatory in winter when family was over’ it could also prove handy for those hosting this festive season, to help keep your guests warm. And in summer it can double up as a cooling fan.
Another shopper shared how they ditched their old model for it, they said: “I had a cheap £10 electric heater fan which I thought did the job but something did not feel right. I immediately realised it once I started to use the AM09 Jet Fan. The fan is silent compared to fan blade heaters.”
The bladeless design of the Dyson AM09 model does account for it’s high price, as this makes it easier to clean as dust wont collect between the individual blades. Despite the discount though the £269 product won’t be in everyone’s budget so it’s worth pointing out models like this Dreo Space Heater – available at Amazon for £59.99 – make for a cheaper alternative.
“The heating in the conservatory is uniform, consistent and pleasant with no hot spots”, as the shopper who bought the model to heat her conservatory continued.” Another Dyson shopper said the ‘whole-room-heating’ device had ‘save the evenings’ and the only thing that stopped a full five-star rating was the fact it doesn’t have a timer setting or ‘function to be programmed to switch on at any given time’.
“Great looking, but wish it had variable heat settings” said another shopper who said they found the heater to ‘only be adequate for very cold rooms.’
